So Bitter Boy thinks he's seen everything in EP256. I guess he didn't count on a cat that can order his own coffee, dress up in a baby bonnet to get cat treats from gay men, and communicate by written message. Bitter Boy should get out more often.
I had a great holiday. I didn't do much. I just got around to doing some of the things I never get time for when I'm working. Now I'm looking forward to spring. I liked how the DBAD queen's 1969 outfit and hair turned out in EP255. That's a mini skirt and white vinyl boots. As you can see, the Guilt Dyke is not into fashion trends. Her outfit and hair are essentially unchanged. The only thing different is that she's wearing a v-neck t-shirt and WWII army surplus boots, which you can't see.
No comic this week!!
Sorry for the short notice, but I've decided to take a one week vacation. Usually I go to Mexico, but I had to replace the furnace, so no trip this year. I'm just going to hang out and relax.
Hope you enjoyed the take off of "A Charlie Brown Christmas". I'm not sure Charles Schulz would have approved, but the 1965 cartoon is such a classic, I couldn't pass it up. It was fun to do, but it was quite the task to condense the history of the Stonewall riots into three episodes. Needless to say, lots of things were left out. If you want to learn more, go to Wikipedia and search for stonewall riots (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonewall_riots ). I find it interesting how history can have a lot of grey areas... especially recent history. There can be several accounts of what happened and sometimes we'll never know what really happened. It must have been exciting and frightening to have been there that night when that first punch was thrown.
We'll continue with the current storyline next Tuesday. See you then.
