Uuuuugh. I've been sick. Not really, really sick, just run down and tired all the time. Must be some low-grade viral thing. I stayed home from work yesterday and slept/napped most of the day. Hopefully I'm over the worst of it. I'm not sick enough to stay home from work, but feel crappy enough I wish I could. I've got to get back into top shape, because the full contact Christmas shopping season is just around the corner.
This week marks Straight Ahead's fourth anniversary!! The comic was launched on Nov 18th, followed by episode one on Nov 20th, 2001. I remember being really nervous uploading episode one and waiting for the Tuesday update. Now looking back on it, I don't know why I was so nervous, nobody was reading it.
We have reached episode 200 !! And in about two weeks, it will be the fourth anniversary of the launch of Straight Ahead. Time has flown by and I've been having a blast. I hope you have too. I think my drawing has improved (except for my lettering) and the characters have grown and filled out. And if the fates allow, there's more stories and characters to come. I'm hoping to write up a little blurb on how I make the comic. I've already taken some pictures, I just have to put together some text and add it to the website. I hope to have it done soon.
